Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in Chemical Engineering or Chemistry is required.
• Practical experience in a chemical laboratory environment.
• Foundational knowledge of Carbon Capture solutions.
• Fluent in English.

Aufgaben

• Prioritize safety and foster a proactive, inclusive team environment.
• Execute engineering calculations and document designs for water/steam cycle systems (Dosing, Sampling, CEMS, WTP).
• Leverage AI/tools to drive process improvements and new technology development.
• Apply lean engineering processes and harmonize components across the portfolio.
• Manage system requirements, drawings and functional specs to ensure on-time, high-quality documentation.
• Perform site inspections/commissioning and lab analyses with detailed reports for customers.
• Drive continuous improvement in product performance, reliability, and safety.
• Support cross-functional teams and mentor peers.
• Provide weekly KPI updates and communicate technical risks to leadership.
