Thomson Reuters is seeking a VP of AI Product Security to lead the technical rigor and credibility of secure, fiduciary-grade AI across our product stack. You will partner with product and engineering teams to embed security early in development and shape governance with CISO oversight while representing security externally to customers and partners.

Qualifikationen

• 12+ years in cybersecurity or product security, including senior leadership inside complex SaaS-based technology organizations.
• Proven experience designing, developing, or securing AI solutions.
• Business solution architecture: translate security risk into concrete engineering requirements.
• Strong grasp of risk management for AI models and capabilities.
• Familiarity with MITRE Atlas, OWASP Top 10 for LLMs, NIST AI RMF.
• Exceptional communication skills to translate deep technical concepts for non-technical buyers.

• Partner with product and engineering teams to embed security across the AI stack.
• Set technical bar for AI-specific risk and cybersecurity requirements before launch.
• Serve as security authority for architecture and control decisions.
• Build repeatable review frameworks to enable rapid AI deployments within risk limits.
• Equip teams to sell security as a differentiator to customers.
• Stand in front of customer executives to defend security posture.
• Assist in developing trust artifacts, sales materials, and security processes.
• Support customers in solutioning and implementing AI per risk management strategies.
• Coordinate with AI security engineering, architecture teams, and red-team activities.
• Define requirements for evaluating third-party AI models and services.
