Zusammenfassung

ten23 health Valais AG in Visp, Switzerland, seeks an experienced Visual Inspection SME to own VI processes onsite for a 6‑month period (start 01 October 2026, end 31 March 2027). You will drive deviations, trend analyses, and standardize workflows to increase inspection robustness.

The role requires GMP experience, sterile manufacturing exposure, strong data skills, and fluent German and English. Onsite five days per week with potential extension and collaboration across QA and production teams.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in technical sciences or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience in a GMP environment, ideally in sterile pharmaceutical manufacturing and VI.
• Strong root-cause analysis, CAPA, risk assessments (FMEA) and statistics knowledge.
• Proficient in MES/ERP systems (SAP/BC) and eQMS (Deviations/CR/CAPA).
• Fluent German and English, written and spoken.

Aufgaben

• Own VI processes, drive deviation and trend analyses, standardize workflows.
• Increase inspection robustness and support batch releases.
• Train operators and create/maintain testsets and defect libraries.
• Handle document, deviation and change management; support NPI.
• Act as deputy to release preparation of batches.
