Zusammenfassung

ten23 health seeks experienced Compounding Operators for its Visp team starting early 2027. In a shift-based role, you will contribute to the manufacturing of pioneering medicines, ensuring precision and quality in a GMP environment.

You will work on pilot-scale manufacturing, operate automated filling lines, and support changeovers while maintaining strict documentation and regulatory compliance.

Qualifikationen

• Completed apprenticeship as a Chemical/Biological Laboratory Technician or an equivalent qualification.
• Some professional experience as a Laboratory Technician or QC Operator.
• Practical experience in industrial pharmaceutical production and proficiency in the GMP environment.

Aufgaben

• Control and execute the manufacturing of product solutions on a pilot scale for liquid pharmaceutical filling.
• Operate and monitor our highly automated filling plant, and perform activities on the isolator.
• Support Line Supervisor during mechanical and electronic changeovers of the filling plant.

Your mission

We are looking for multiple experienced Compounding Operators to join our Visp team in early 2027. In this shift-based role, you will make a substantial contribution to the manufacturing of pioneering medicines. If you combine technical expertise with precision and a cooperative spirit, this is your opportunity to grow within a dynamic GMP environment.
As a Compounding Operator, you are a crucial pillar in our production process. Your area of responsibility includes:

• Control and execution of the manufacturing of product solutions on a pilot scale, the core of liquid pharmaceutical filling.
• Active involvement in the operation of our highly automated, modern filling plant. You monitor the process and perform essential activities on the isolator.
• Supporting the Line Supervisor/Anlagemeister during the mechanical and electronic changeovers of the filling plant.
• Ensuring complete, precise documentation of all manufacturing steps and adherence to the strictest quality standards through product controls using laboratory equipment.
• Joint responsibility for the strict adherence to all regulatory provisions and hygiene regulations (GMP).
• Proactive contribution within the production team towards the continuous further development and optimization of work processes.

Your profile

We are looking for a motivated and committed professional who is ready to actively grow with us, combining in-depth technical knowledge with a pronounced cooperative spirit.
The ideal candidate will have:

• Completed apprenticeshipas aChemical / Biological Laboratory Technician(Chemie-/Biologielaborant:in) or an equivalent qualification.
• Some professional experienceas a Laboratory Technician or QC Operator.
• Possesspractical experienceinindustrial pharmaceutical productionand are proficient in theGMP environment.
• Dedicated team playerwithvery good German language skills, both written and spoken.
