ten23 health is seeking experienced Filling Operators for our Visp team to support the manufacturing of pioneering medicines in a GMP environment. The role requires operating an automated filling line, performing changeovers, and maintaining strict hygiene standards.

The ideal candidate has vocational training, GMP experience, and a strong affinity for electronics and automated systems. German language skills, adaptability, and teamwork are essential for success in a dynamic, shift-based setting.

Qualifications

• Completed vocational training and hands-on experience in industrial pharmaceutical production/cleanroom operations.
• Some knowledge of sterile filling (aseptic processing) and GMP environment.
• Strong affinity for operating automated production systems and electronics.

Responsibilities

• Operate our automated filling plant for liquid pharmaceuticals, monitor the process and execute critical activities within the isolator.
• Handle materials and monitoring tasks in the filling process.
• Support Line Experts with plant changeovers (mechanical and electronic aspects).
• Ensure strict adherence to GMP and hygiene regulations.
• Collaborate on development and optimization of processes and actively contribute ideas.
• Be available for day shifts and a flexible 3-shift system, with no regular weekend assignments.

Your mission

We are looking for multiple experienced Filling Operators to join our Visp team in early 2027. In this shift-based role, you will make a substantial contribution to the manufacturing of pioneering medicines. As a Filling Operator, you are a crucial pillar in our production process. Your area of responsibility includes:

• Operating our highly automated, modern filling plant for liquid pharmaceuticals, monitor the process, and execute various critical activities within the isolator.
• Handling diverse tasks related to the filling process, such as providing various materials and/or carrying out monitoring activities.
• Supporting the Line Experts with the changeovers of the filling plant, covering both mechanical and electronic aspects.
• Being jointly responsible for strictly adhering to all regulatory provisions and hygiene regulations (GMP).
• Collaborating on the further development and optimization of processes and are expected to actively contribute your ideas.
• Willing to work alternately in day shifts and a flexible 3-shift system, with no regular weekend assignments.
