Syngenta Crop Protection AG is seeking an experienced Chauffeur / Executive Driver to ensure discreet, professional driving for the CEO, senior leaders, and VIP guests. You will manage vehicle readiness, support security and logistics, and assist with facilities projects.

The role requires 4–5 years of executive driving experience, valid licenses, strong English and German, and a high level of confidentiality. Flexible hours and international travel may apply.

Qualifikationen

• Completed vocational training or equivalent qualification.
• Valid Category B driving license; Category 121 helpful.
• 4–5 years’ experience as an Executive Driver or similar role.
• Experience with senior executives and VIP guests.
• Good English and German; additional languages are a plus.
• First Aid/CPR certification preferred.
• Strong safety focus and absolute discretion.

Aufgaben

• Drive for the CEO, senior leadership, and VIP guests within Switzerland and nearby borders.
• Provide safe, smooth, and discreet driving and handle arrivals/ departures.
• Coordinate reception, care, and logistics for visitors; handle luggage as needed.
• Plan routes considering traffic, weather, security and contingencies.
• Perform courier trips and transport sensitive documents with confidentiality.
• Coordinate with the CEO Office, Executive Assistants and Board Secretariat.
• Assist Facilities Management during driving downtimes and projects.
