Zusammenfassung

Syngenta is seeking an experienced Chauffeur/Executive Driver to safely provide driving services for the CEO, senior leadership, and VIP guests. The role includes vehicle care, route planning, and coordination with executive offices.

Ideal candidates have 4–5 years in executive driving, a clean record, and strong English and German language skills. Flexible hours and Swiss-wide travel are expected, with opportunities to engage in facilities support and project-related tasks.

Qualifikationen

• Completed vocational training or equivalent qualification.
• Proven experience as an Executive Driver or VIP transport.
• Experience with senior executives and VIP guests.

Aufgaben

• Conduct driving assignments for the CEO and VIP guests within Switzerland and nearby borders.
• Ensure safe, smooth, and confidential driving with high service standards.
• Coordinate with Executive Assistants, Board Secretariat, and reception for arrivals and departures.
• Maintain vehicle readiness, perform routine checks, and coordinate servicing/inspections.
• Support Facilities Management tasks and archiving during downtimes.
• Demonstrate flexibility with early/late shifts and potential weekend work.

Kenntnisse

Valid B driving license

Executive driver experience

VIP/leadership transport

Discretion/confidentiality

English proficiency

German language skills

Defensive driving training

First Aid/CPR certificate

Swiss road network knowledge
