Qualifikationen

• Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Electronic Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in Power Electronics, preferably in the UPS sector.
• Strong expertise in UPS architecture (single-phase and three-phase) from 10 kW to 2 MW, including hardware and software.
• Hands-on experience with product validation plans, including definition, execution, and analysis of lab test results.
• Solid knowledge of FMEA, PPAP, PCP/APQP quality tools and methodologies.
• Deep understanding of PCBA manufacturing processes, including influence on design for testing and manufacturability.
• Fluent or professional-level English (spoken and written).

Aufgaben

• Act as quality interface between Agile Teams (R&D & Product Management), Operations, and Suppliers to ensure product robustness before release (G5).
• Analyze test data, quality KPIs, and field return issues and provide feedback during product requirements definition.
• Manage quality product validation according to ABB PCP/APQP methods, including test planning, design, and execution.
• Support Design FMEA, Process FMEA, and PPAP activities in cross-functional teams.
• Contribute to improving Design for Manufacturing (DFM) and Design for Testing (DFT) for PCBA production processes.
