Job summary

Tethys Robotics AG in Schlieren, near Zürich, seeks a hands-on UI Software Engineer to develop, industrialize and improve our robotic UI platforms. You will create, integrate and optimize UI modules and real-time visualizations that operator-facing systems rely on in challenging environments.

The role requires Unity (C#) or TypeScript (Vue.js) experience, plus real-time data work, and a strong passion for human-computer interaction.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience with Unity (C#) or a TypeScript framework (Vue.js or similar).
• 1+ year of hands-on experience developing real-time visualization systems.
• Strong interest in human-computer interaction and producing production-ready code.
• Completed education in CS/Software Eng, HCI, game development, or related field.
• Understanding of event-driven programming and Git version control.

Responsibilities

• Develop and integrate complex UI modules for robotic systems and web apps.
• Implement real-time data visualizations and rich user interactions.
• Perform functional verification tests and troubleshoot issues.
• Translate requirements into design input criteria and document work.
• Collaborate with development team to refine visual and interaction layers.
