Job summary

Swisseon is building a next-generation investment office regulated by FINMA, serving an international HNW client base. You will grow the business with a high level of autonomy and a compensation model aligned with your performance.

You will identify and develop UHNW relationships, generate Net New Assets, advise on bespoke investment solutions, and collaborate with investment managers. AML/KYC and regulatory compliance are integral to the role.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree with a specialisation in Finance is preferred.
• CFA and/or MBA are strong advantages.
• Fluent in English or French; additional language is a plus.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience managing UHNW clients.
• Strong existing client network within target markets.
• Excellent investment expertise and strong financial analysis.
• Sound understanding of regulatory frameworks and compliance.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Client-centric and solution-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Identify, acquire and develop HNW/UHNW client relationships.
• Generate sustainable Net New Assets and grow Assets under Management.
• Increase wallet share and optimise portfolio profitability.
• Take full ownership of the client relationship from prospecting to retention.
• Provide asset allocation advice aligned with objectives, time horizon and risk.
• Recommend bespoke investment solutions.
• Conduct regular portfolio reviews and performance follow-up.
• Work closely with Investment Managers and product specialists.
• Maintain AML/KYC discipline and regulatory compliance.
• Ensure structured documentation and monitoring of KRIs.
• Contribute actively to team momentum and business growth.
