Allianz Suisse is seeking a Tribe Lead Data Warehouse to rebuild the data landscape, migrate from on-prem to Databricks, and unify a cross-departmental data architecture withABS integration. You will steer a multi-year program, work with data engineers, developers and product owners, and drive consistent delivery.

You will lead multiple teams, manage dependencies, and translate technical decisions into business terms while embedding an AI-first approach.

Qualifikationen

• Knowledge of DWH architecture and Databricks/lakehouse patterns.
• Experience steering multi-year, cross-functional programs.
• Ability to translate technical trade-offs for business language.

Aufgaben

• Design and evolve target data architecture, migrating to Databricks and cloud-native tooling.
• Own the strategic roadmap and deliver in sprints.
• Synchronize roadmaps across teams and manage cross-team dependencies.
• Build and maintain the shared product vision with Product Owners.
• Lead multiple teams and resolve architectural trade-offs under pressure.
• Embed an AI-first mindset in the tribe and measure success by shipped data products.
