Job summary

Metgroup in Switzerland seeks a senior Treasury professional focused on FX and interest-rate risk management, cash investments and cash-pooling, to redefine exposures and hedging strategies across the group. You will drive governance, optimising liquidity and strengthening treasury processes, with a strong emphasis on data quality and system integration.

The role requires hands-on experience in cash management, multi-entity structures and the ability to partner with commercial units to deliver

Qualifications

• Proven experience in corporate treasury, preferably with exposure to both front and middle office activities.
• 5-10 years of Treasury, FX Risk Management, Commodity Risk Management and/or Corporate Finance experience from commodity trading, energy or industrial environments.
• Proven ability to act as a business partner to the commercial organization, developing hedging and execution solutions that support business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the Group-wide FX and IR risk management framework and related Treasury Policy requirements.
• Identify, quantify and monitor Group interest-rate exposures and develop risk-management strategies.
• Define and implement Group-wide hedging strategies with exposure and KPI definitions.
• Own Group FX risk reporting and provide senior management with exposure analytics and hedge-performance assessments.
• Act as the central FX risk business partner for Divisions and commercial organization.
• Develop and maintain the Group cash-investment framework and cash management strategies.
• Design and maintain cash pooling structures and OBO solutions.
• Oversee end-to-end FX workflow across treasury systems and reporting platforms.
