UR Capital, a growing real estate investment platform, is seeking a Real Estate Transaction Manager for German-speaking Switzerland, based in the Zürich region to lead sourcing and execution of investment opportunities.

You will source, evaluate, structure, and close acquisitions while building relationships with owners, brokers, developers, investors and other market participants. The role requires 7–10 years of Swiss real estate experience and fluency in German plus English or French.

Qualifikationen

• 7–10 years of Swiss real estate transactions, acquisitions, investments, or a related field.
• Extensive professional network within the Swiss real estate market.
• Deep knowledge of the real estate landscape and investment environment in German-speaking Switzerland.
• Fluent German (Swiss German a strong plus) and professional proficiency in English and/or French.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, develop business opportunities, and build long-term professional relationships.
• Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Experience within real estate investment, asset management, institutional investment, or fund environment is a plus.

• Collaborate closely with internal and external partners to ensure successful execution of transactions and investment strategies.
• Contribute to the growth of the platform in Switzerland and, over time, potentially take on broader asset management and leadership responsibilities.

Requirements:

• Minimum 7 to 10 years of experience in Swiss real estate transactions, acquisitions, investments, or a related field.
• Strong and well-established professional network within the Swiss real estate market.
• In-depth knowledge of the real estate landscape and investment environment in German-speaking Switzerland.
• Fluency in German, with Swiss German considered a strong advantage, and professional proficiency in English and/or French.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, develop business opportunities, and build long-term professional relationships.
• Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Experience within a real estate investment, asset management, institutional investment, or fund environment is considered an asset.

The successful candidate must have the right to work in Switzerland and be willing to travel regularly within the region to develop business opportunities and maintain key industry relationships.
