TotalEnergies Trading & Shipping in Geneva seeks a Trading Operator to coordinate post-deal activities from inception to completion. You will work with traders and counterparties in a 24/7 environment, interfacing with Trading, Treasury, Credit, and Shipping teams to ensure smooth execution and regulatory compliance.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, or equivalent with Finance or Business background.
• Experience multitasking in a fast-paced trading environment.
• Fluent in English and French; additional languages a plus.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate logistics for loading/discharging by sea and overland, ensuring safety and efficiency.
• Nominate service providers and verify results with accuracy and consistency.
• Manage storage and contracts, including quantities, quality, and financial exposure.
• Evaluate costs and communicate financial implications of trading activities (prices, hedges, freight, currency).
• Verify coherence of trading negotiations and formalize commercial contracts.
• Ensure regulatory compliance (REACH, Customs, VAT) in collaboration with support departments.
