You'll lead varied experiences, share local knowledge, and ensure guests have a professional and memorable visit from meeting point to end of tour.

Qualifikationen

• Solid knowledge of Switzerland and its cultural and historical background.
• Previous experience in guiding, tourism, hospitality, or related fields.
• Fluency in English; additional languages (German, French, Spanish, Italian, Polish).
• Clear communication skills and confidence speaking to groups.
• Professional appearance, punctuality, and reliability.
• Ability to work independently and adapt in a dynamic environment.
• Flexibility to travel and work weekends and public holidays.

What You Will Do

As a Tour Guide at Guide Alliance part of Tourismus Group, you will be responsible for delivering smooth, engaging, and well-organised tours for international guests. You will lead variously sized experiences, share local knowledge, and ensure guests enjoy a professional and memorable visit, from the first meeting point to the end of the tour.
