Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in materials science, polymer science, chemistry or related technical discipline.
• 5+ years in thermoplastics manufacturing or product development with engineering polymers.
• Strong knowledge of polymer characterization and testing methodologies.
• Ability to influence across technical, commercial and operations teams.
• Experience troubleshooting complex product/process issues.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and customer-facing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in cross-functional settings.

Aufgaben

• Act as technology expert for Hytrel TPC product family and guide other teams.
• Provide technology recommendations to business management, stewardship, manufacturing and quality.
• Develop and release new Hytrel TPC products when needed.

Ausbildung

Bachelor's degree in Materials Science
