Aufgaben

• Design and implement measurement setups to evaluate technical product issues.
• Develop mechanical concepts for production test systems for both sub-assemblies and finished pump testing.
• Design and implement mechanical solutions using CAD.
• Develop, assemble, and verify test system prototypes and measurement setups.
• Coordinate manufactured parts and verify their function.
• Perform tolerance analyses for components, assemblies and systems.
• Conduct measurement series to analyze product performance and test systems.
• Support change processes related to systems or product changes.
• Assist procurement activities ensuring technical alignment with project requirements.
• Assist 2nd level support teams with troubleshooting of test systems and processes.
• Help identify root causes of failures in test systems and production processes.
