As a recent graduate in mechanical design or system engineering, you will support coordinating components, performing tolerance analyses, and assisting 2nd level troubleshooting on production test systems.

• Help identify root causes of failures in test systems and production processes.

Your Responsibilities

• Design and implementation of measurement setups to evaluate and analyze technical product issues.
• Design and development of mechanical concepts for production test systems for both sub-assembly and finished pump testing.
• Implementation and detailed design of mechanical solution concepts using CAD
• Development, assembly, and verification of test system-specific functional prototypes and measurement setups.
• Coordination of manufactured developed parts, assemblies, or systems, including their functional verification (e.g., dimensional measurements, functional testing, etc.).
• Performing tolerance analyses for components, assemblies, and complete systems.
• Conducting measurement series to analyze product performance and production test systems
• Supporting as active participation in change processes related to systems or product changes.
• Support and coordinate procurement activities for required components, systems and services, ensuring technical alignment with project and system requirements.
• Supporting 2nd level support teams regarding troubleshooting and investigation on production test systems and manufacturing processes.
• Support in investigations to identify root causes of failures in test systems, products, and production processes.
