Job summary

Consulteer is seeking a QA Lead to steer test management for a client project in Bern. You will perform accessibility, cross-browser, mobile, performance, and security testing, and coordinate with the PO and development teams to ensure quality across sprints.

You will also write and execute test cases, report defects in Jira, and maintain transparent documentation in Jira/Confluence. Participation in Scrum and SAFe ceremonies is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience leading test management in client-driven projects.
• Proficiency in accessibility, cross-browser, mobile, performance and security testing.
• Familiarity with Scrum and SAFe ceremonies.

Your Role & Responsibility

• Perform Accessibility Tests, Cross-browser Tests, Mobile Tests, Performance & Security Tests.

• Participate in Scrum & SAFe meetings.

• Collaborate & consult with the PO & development teams.

• Write test cases & execute test cases.

• "Report" the test status.

• Report of defects in Jira.

• Assist in the coordination of functional testing.

• Actively advise the PO, SM & development team on QA & testing issues.

• Ensure structured, transparent & evaluable documentation of test execution in Jira/Confluence (by means of status, label, commenting, etc.).
