You will drive test strategies, mentor colleagues, manage test cycles, and report on progress, with exposure to banking and insurance domains, ISTQB certification requirements, and opportunities for remote or hybrid work within a family‑oriented, professional environment.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience in software testing.
• Domain knowledge in banking and/or insurance.

• Fluent German (C1) and ISTQB certification are required.

As a Senior Consultant Test Management, you take responsibility for planning, implementing and monitoring test processes, ensuring software quality and liaising with various stakeholders to achieve optimal test results.

Responsibilities

• You take on the preparation, planning and steering of tests in the relevant project phases together with the various stakeholders.
• In doing so, you manage the bug fixes and test releases and set up reporting on test progress.
• You are responsible for creating and implementing training on the test management tool and on the processes.
• Defining an overarching test strategy and creating functional test cases fall within your area of responsibility.
• With your expertise, you actively grow long-term client relationships.
• As a mentor, you support your colleagues with your experience whenever they need it.
• Furthermore, you take a central role in complex projects, spot risks in the testing process early and proactively develop suitable solutions.

Qualifications

• You bring at least 5 years of experience in software testing.
• Solid domain knowledge in banking and/or insurance rounds out your profile.
• In addition to sound knowledge of processes and methods, you also have practical skills in software development and project management (fundamental test process, error management, Scrum).
• Strong client and service orientation, confident communication and your team-player mentality are among your strengths.
• Your trolley is always ready to roll, and you are happy to use it regularly for business trips.
• With business fluent German language skills (C1) and ISTQB certification, you fulfil two key requirements for a successful start with us.
