Job summary

Alpian Bank in Geneva invites a Temenos Specialist (T24) at junior/mid level to join our Core Banking System Department. This permanent, full-time role offers up to 40% work-from-home from Switzerland and a dynamic, multicultural environment.

You will coordinate with the Temenos cloud team, configure and maintain the Temenos system, develop code per specifications, and support ongoing improvements across the T24 modules and related frameworks.

Qualifications

Temenos Transact experience required (2–3 years).
End-to-end T24 core banking knowledge is essential.
Familiarity with Temenos modules such as TPH, Extensibility Framework, Interaction Framework, and Integration Framework.
Experience with T24 Accounting, Delivery module, SWIFT, and securities/FX products.
Proficiency with JBOSS, Design Studio, OFS, BCON, and DSF Packager.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Good banking operations knowledge, AA product setup, and TPH experience.
Fluent English; team collaboration is valued.

Responsibilities

Coordinate with Temenos cloud team and across teams for effective system management.
Configure and maintain the Temenos system to meet operational needs.
Provide technical solutions and write clear Technical Specification documents.
Develop and test code for the core banking package as per specs.
Design and implement Temenos processes to improve efficiency.
Maintain Temenos target operating model consistency.
Provide first-level support to address incidents promptly.
