Rayner is seeking a Technical Team Leader to coordinate daily manufacturing activities and act as a crucial interface across Production, Quality, Engineering, Purchasing and Logistics. You will support the Line Manager, step in during holidays or high demand, and help maintain full traceability and compliant documentation.

The role requires hands-on assembly support, strong attention to quality, and fluency in German with business English.

Qualificações

• Vocational training in a technical field.
• Several years in medical device assembly or manufacturing.
• Experience in production coordination is a plus.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems.
• Ability to read technical drawings and BOMs.
• Good grasp of quality and regulatory requirements (ISO 13485 desirable).
• Strong attention to detail, quality, and safety.
• Reliable, structured, hands-on working style.
• Fluency in German; business English proficiency.
• Majesty experience is highly desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate daily production activities and monitor progress.
• Assist Line Manager with planning and decision-making.
• Provide hands-on assembly support during peak periods.
• Monitor material requirements and coordinate with Purchasing/Warehouse/Logistics.
• Organise material flow, storage, and line-side supply for efficiency.
• Manage production orders, BOMs, and inventory records in Majesty.
• Ensure compliance with work instructions, QMS, and ISO 13485.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Quality to resolve issues.
• Support audits and maintain production handovers.
