The role requires 5-6+ years in manufacturing process design, supplier management, and DfX, with strong SPC/CpK/MSA knowledge. Travel 20-30% for on-site supplier reviews and milestones.

Formación

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Higher Technical Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Mechatronics,Process Engineering or related field.
• 5-6+ years of experience in manufacturing process design and supplier management.
• Strong command of SPC, Cp/Cpk, MSA, and pFMEA.
• Knowledge of ISO 13485 and GMP/FDA regulatory environments.
• Willingness to travel approx. 20-30% for supplier reviews.

Responsabilidades

• Design, optimize, and industrialize manufacturing and testing processes for components and assemblies.
• Define validation strategies (IQ/OQ/PQ) and establish capability baselines (Cp/Cpk, MSA).
• Embed Design for Manufacturing, Assembly, and Testability with R&D to prevent bottlenecks.
• Lead process risk management (pFMEA) and implement poka-yoke controls.
• Monitor supplier process stability and quality trends across the lifecycle.
