Zusammenfassung

Gravis Robotics is seeking a Technical Program Manager to own end-to-end programs spanning software releases, hardware integration and field validation. You will translate strategic goals into structured plans, manage milestones, and coordinate cross‑team efforts with engineering leads.

The role requires strong English, 5–10 years in relevant roles, and hands-on agile practices. You will collaborate with external partners and drive risk mitigation to ensure on-time delivery.

Qualifikationen

• 5–10 years in technical/program management, product management or engineering leadership delivering multi‑team programs.
• Solid technical foundation with engineering degree(s).
• Hands‑on experience with agile/iterative development and tools like Jira or Linear.
• Knowledge of software/hardware development practices, system architecture, and CI/CD.
• Comfort with ambiguity, tight timelines and cross‑functional collaboration across engineering, field and commercial teams.

Aufgaben

• Own end-to-end program planning, tracking milestones, dependencies and risks across distributed teams.
• Translate strategic goals into roadmaps, quarterly commitments with engineering leads.
• Coordinate software releases, integration testing, regression validation and field rollouts.
• Act as interface with external partners (OEMs, contractors, rental providers) and produce status docs.
