Busy and buzzing as never before, our Production team is looking for an outstanding Technical Production Manager to join our Geneva HQ and play a key role in shaping the events of tomorrow.

Who You Are

You’re not just a project manager — you’re a technical leader with a strong creative mindset. You thrive in fast-paced environments and are motivated by complex challenges, teamwork, and delivering high-quality results.

Your attitude is as important as your expertise. You are positive, proactive, solution-oriented, and adaptable. Precision, leadership, creativity, and resilience define how you work.

What Will Make You Stand Out
  • Technical Expertise:

You have an extensive and hands‑on understanding of audiovisual production technologies and technical solutions, including staging, sound, lighting, rigging, video, broadcasting, hybrid events, webcasting, stage design and event decoration.

You are able to understand, assess and translate creative concepts and client requirements into comprehensive, technical solutions.

You have a strong understanding of technical specifications, equipment capabilities, system integration, signal flows and the technical requirements of complex live and hybrid productions.

You are confident in evaluating technical setups, identifying potential challenges, anticipating risks and developing practical, efficient and innovative solutions.

You understand the importance of technical reliability, quality standards, safety regulations and seamless integration across all production disciplines.

You proactively explore emerging technologies, industry trends and new production techniques, bringing fresh ideas and technical expertise to continuously enhance the quality, efficiency and impact of live experiences.

  • Project Management Excellence:
With minimum 8–10 years’ experience in the meetings & events industry, you have successfully managed large‑scale projects from concept to delivery, including complex logistics and international productions.
  • Creative Vision:
You combine technical know‑how with creativity. You go beyond standard solutions, challenge conventions, and actively contribute to innovative and impactful event designs.
  • Client & Stakeholder Management:
An excellent communicator, you build long‑term relationships with clients, partners, and internal teams. You are fluent in English (French is a strong plus).
  • Problem Solving & Leadership:
You stay calm under pressure, manage multiple projects simultaneously, negotiate effectively, and lead teams with confidence and clarity.
  • Technical & Digital Skills:
You are highly competent with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Knowledge of SketchUp, AutoCAD, Vectorworks,… is an advantage.
  • Flexibility & Mobility:
You are open to flexible schedules (including evenings and weekends). This position requires regular professional travel within Switzerland, across Europe, and potentially worldwide, depending on project needs. A valid driving license is required.
What You’ll Do
  • Develop Technical Proposals:

Develop comprehensive, creative and technically robust production proposals that translate client briefs, objectives and creative ambitions into practical and compelling technical solutions.

Define the overall technical approach, including equipment specifications, staging, sound, lighting, video, rigging, broadcasting and hybrid event solutions, ensuring seamless integration across all production disciplines.

Evaluate technical feasibility, identify potential challenges and propose alternative solutions where necessary, balancing creativity, quality, operational requirements and budget constraints.

Work closely with internal teams, creative departments, project managers and external suppliers to develop accurate technical concepts, detailed specifications, equipment lists and cost estimates.

Ensure that all technical proposals are innovative, commercially competitive, operationally realistic and aligned with the highest production standards.

  • Lead Project Management:
Manage the entire event lifecycle, from initial brief and planning to execution and final reconciliation, including:
  • Budget control and financial reporting
    • Supplier sourcing and negotiation
    • Production planning and coordination
    • On‑site event management
