Job summary

Nexi is seeking a Technical Process & Documentation Specialist based in Gland to organize and formalize the team’s knowledge. You will gather information, structure it, and convert it into clear procedures and user guides.

You'll maintain repositories like SharePoint and Salesforce, collaborate with experts, and produce diagrams and training materials. A strong IT/document management mindset and fluency in French with good English are essential.

Qualifications

• CFC in IT Operations or equivalent qualification.
• Experience in an operational or IT environment is an asset.
• Strong interest in organization, processes, and document management.
• Good understanding of IT and collaborative tools.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and update the team’s documentation.
• Formalize procedures, work instructions, and user guides.
• Document existing processes and identify improvement opportunities.
• Organize and maintain documentation repositories (SharePoint, Teams, Salesforce).
• Collaborate with subject-matter experts to capture and structure their knowledge.
• Produce process diagrams, quick reference guides, and training materials.
• Ensure documentation remains up to date and easily accessible.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of the team’s methods.
• Support new employees through clear and well-structured documentation.

As a Technical Process & Documentation Specialist, you’ll join a collaborative and forward-thinking team based in Gland. Within the team, you will be the go-to person for documentation and process organization. Your primary mission will be to gather the team’s knowledge, structure it, and transform it into clear, accessible, and easy-to-maintain procedures.

About Your Future Role

Education and Experience

• CFC in IT Operations or an equivalent qualification.
• Initial experience in an operational or IT environment is an asset.
• Strong interest in organization, processes, and document management.
• Good understanding of IT and collaborative tools.

Skills

• Excellent written communication skills in French.
• Good command of professional English.
• Very good proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint).
• Knowledge of Salesforce is an asset.
• Strong organizational skills and great attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and in a structured manner.
• Comfortable interacting with a wide range of stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset and a desire to improve working methods.

Languages

• French: Native speaker or excellent proficiency.
• English: Good professional working level.
• German: An asset.
