Job summary

HCL Technologies Limited in Zürich, Switzerland is seeking an experienced Avaloq Analyst to analyse, design and implement Avaloq software across business areas in close collaboration with banking clients.

You will assume functional and technical responsibility on projects, develop specifications with clients, coach consultants, and contribute to product and business development. Strong English skills and a STEM degree are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in STEM or related field.
• Certified Avaloq Professional with 3+ years in business analysis and Avaloq parameterisation.
• Strong analytical mindset and proactive approach.
• Fluency in English, written and spoken.

Skills & Qualifications

• You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, ideally in a “STEM” field of study

• Certified Avaloq Professional with 3 years or more professional experience in business analysis and parameterisation of Avaloq software

• You have a strong analytical mindset and are result-oriented with a proactive approach

• Fluency in English, written and spoken, other languages are a big plus

• You are a team player with excellent communication skill

Key Responsibilities

• To be responsible for providing technical guidance / solutions ;define, advocate, and implement best practices and coding standards for the team.

• To develop and guide the team members in enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity

• To ensure process compliance in the assigned module| and participate in technical discussions/review as a technical consultant for feasibility study (technical alternatives, best packages, supporting architecture best practices, technical risks, breakdown into components, estimations).

• To prepare and submit status reports for minimizing exposure and risks on the project or closure of escalations.
