Job summary

Richemont is seeking a senior IT program leader to oversee Product, Clienteling and Sales streams within a global, multi-maisons environment. You will coordinate with Group Product Office and Architects to ensure timely delivery, manage dependencies, and drive continuous improvement.

You will lead a distributed team, balance budgets, and optimize processes using agile principles, APIs, OMS and CRM concepts, while ensuring high user satisfaction across Richemont's Retail technology portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT or CS.
• Fluency in English; French/Portuguese a plus.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams on global projects.
• Budgeting and vendor management experience.
• Hands-on with web/application delivery in retail tech.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the technology team across Product, Clienteling, and Sales streams.
• Coordinate with Group Product Office, Solution Architects and Core platforms to manage delivery risk and roadmap.
• Oversee project phases from initialization to production stabilization.

YOUR MISSION:

The mission is part of Richemont Group Technology, managing the Retail Engagement area. You will supervise the three streams of this area and the multiple applications in this perimeter in addition to the cross functional activities. The three streams are Product, Clienteling and Sales for which you will overview both existing applications and ongoing Retail Transformation Program.

In collaboration with the Group Product Office, the Solution Architects and your Core platforms counterparts, you identify the relevant synchronisation necessary and anticipate the risk on the quality and delivery roadmap of your area.

You manage team members' effectiveness to match the continuous evolution of the applications and overcome technical challenges. You help your team navigate the multiple constraints and coordinate all the stakeholders to ensure a smooth delivery of our portfolio of projects to increase our users’ satisfaction.

You will operate in a global, multi-maisons environment, engaging with teams at different management levels to ensure seamless integration and performance.

MANAGING

• Define and track the capacity needs for the team, in alignment with your manager (Head of).
• Work in a global environment with highly distributed teams in different countries and time zones and at different management levels. Coordinate project stakeholders and especially work closely with the Technology teams to ensure proper tracking of all dependencies, risks, constraints, using the methodology and processes in place at Richemont.
• Coordinate all phases of the projects from initialization to stabilization post-delivery in production.
• Take care of project communication and report progress to your manager and necessary stakeholders.

BUDGET

• Work with the Head of in establishing contracts during the fiscal year with external suppliers within the budget.
• Work with the Head of in planning budget for next fiscal year and anticipate expenses in your perimeter.
• Monitor spending and savings in your area and alert your manager in case of delta with expectations.
• Drive and control contractors.
• Check supplier billing and invoices for correctness.
