Job summary

Richemont Group Technology seeks a senior leader to oversee the Retail Engagement area, consisting of Product, Clienteling and Sales streams. You will manage multiple applications, coordinate with Group Product Office and Architecture teams, and drive a global transformation program to improve user satisfaction and delivery quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT or CS or equivalent.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Proven leadership and mentoring experience in cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the three streams of Retail Engagement: Product, Clienteling and Sales, ensuring alignment with the Transformation Program.
• Collaborate with Group Product Office, Solution Architects and Core platforms to identify synchronisation needs and mitigate risks.
• Coordinate stakeholders across multiple countries and time zones to ensure smooth delivery and high user satisfaction.
