Job summary

PwC Switzerland's Technology Strategy & Transformation team leads strategic IT initiatives for market-leading clients, collaborating with the PwC global network. The role combines deep technology knowledge with client-facing leadership to deliver substantial business impact.

You will nurture client relationships, drive new engagements, and steer projects from concept to completion, presenting results to senior executives and contributing to capability-building within the practice.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of relevant experience, ideally in consultancy or strategy/industry.
• Extensive knowledge of IT organizations and IT processes.
• Strong ability to plan IT initiatives and build business cases.
• Fluent German and English; French is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute strategic IT projects with long-term client impact.
• Cultivate close client relationships as trusted advisor and focal point.
• Independently secure new projects and expand existing ones.
• Guide stakeholders through project phases and present outcomes to senior management.
