Job summary

Tsukumo is seeking a Tech Lead who balances hands-on engineering with strategic consulting. You will own both the technical bar for the client’s stack and the delivery of engagements that turn a dev team into independent operators.

You will embed with skeptical teams, scope real problems, and install an operating model that survives after we depart. You’ll ship and teach, guide adoption end-to-end, and set standards that future engineers build against, especially around AI in production.

Qualifications

• Senior engineering background with track record leading complex tech initiatives.
• Able to earn skeptical teams' trust and drive change.
• Strong stance on AI in production and clear communication of limits.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagements: scope, discovery, and adoption end-to-end.
• Set the technical bar for client solutions and architectural decisions.
• Train client teams to operate independently after engagement ends.
• Define and uphold engineering standards across client stacks.
