Spring Health is seeking a part-time Mental Health Therapist to join our hybrid provider network in Zurich, Switzerland. Deliver care through tele-health and in-person sessions, using evidence-based approaches tailored to each client.

Applicants must be licensed in Switzerland with at least 3 years of independent clinical experience, and be comfortable with technology and remote care. Monthly in-person availability for Spring Health members in Zurich is required.

Qualifikationen

• Candidates must be licensed to practice psychology/psychotherapy in Switzerland.
• Minimum of 3 years of independent clinical experience.
• Tele-health competent and tech-savvy.

Aufgaben

• Provide counseling to clients via short-term to long-term sessions.
• Treat adults (and possibly families or couples) as appropriate.
• Maintain availability calendar and timely session documentation.
• Use evidence-based modalities tailored to client needs (CBT, DBT, EMDR, ACT, CPT).
• Collaborate with provider support and care navigation teams.
• Provide culturally competent and empathetic care, upholding inclusion values.
