A monthly in-person availability for Spring Health members is required, with a flexible schedule in a confidential, private location. We value independent clinicians who collaborate with our support teams, maintain professional liability coverage, and bring telehealth

Qualifikationen

• Unrestricted license to practice counseling in Switzerland.
• Active professional liability insurance in your country of licensure.
• Minimum of 3 years of independent clinical experience.
• Comfort with technology and telehealth.
• Monthly in-person availability for Spring Health members in Bern.
• Experience treating minors (ages 6+).
• Training in CBT, DBT, EMDR, ACT, CPT.
• Comfort with safety planning for high-risk situations.
• Commitment to quality clinical care and collaboration with a care team.

Aufgaben

• Provide counseling to clients via in-person and telehealth sessions.
• Treat adults identified through brief online screenings.
• Collaborate with provider support and care navigation teams.
• Maintain a calendar of availability and timely session documentation.
• Deliver care using evidence-based modalities tailored to client needs.
• Uphold cultural competence and inclusive practice.
