Job summary

Spring Health in Switzerland seeks a part-time mental health therapist to join our provider network in a hybrid remote/in-person role. The position supports Martigny-area members through a tech-enabled platform that prioritizes patient outcomes.

Applicants must hold an unrestricted Swiss license, have 3+ years of independent clinical experience, and be comfortable with telehealth. Experience treating minors and collaboration with care navigators are a plus.

Qualifications

• Unrestricted license to practice counseling in Switzerland.
• Active professional liability insurance in jurisdiction.
• Experience treating minors (age 6+) is required.
• Minimum 3 years of independent clinical experience.
• Telehealth competent and comfortable with technology.
• Some monthly in-person availability for Spring Health members in Martigny.
• Training in CBT, DBT, EMDR, ACT, CPT.
• Ability to provide safety planning for high-risk situations.
• Independent practitioner with ability to collaborate with a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide counseling to clients via short-term EAP and employer health plans.
• Treat adults identified through online screenings; potentially include minors.
• Maintain calendar and complete session notes in scheduling system.
• Use evidence-based modalities tailored to client needs.
• Collaborate with provider support and clinical care navigation teams.
• Provide culturally competent care, upholding diversity and inclusion.
