Evatec AG in Switzerland is seeking a Teamlead Sub-Assembly & Lean Excellence to lead an assembly team, drive sustainable improvements, and ensure high-quality production and on-time delivery.

You will champion lean initiatives, mentor staff, and collaborate with multiple departments to optimize processes and material flow in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Qualifikationen

• Technical apprenticeship completed.
• Industrial experience with leadership responsibilities.
• Lean manufacturing expertise and continuous improvement.
• Strong, proactive personality with resilience under pressure.
• System knowledge including SAP and MS Office; fluent German and good English.

Aufgaben

• Lead a Sub-Assembly team, set priorities, allocate resources, and support employee development.
• Ensure performance of assembly, commissioning, and product shipment with quality, delivery, and cost targets.
• Identify improvement opportunities and apply lean manufacturing methods to optimize processes.
• Provide direction during demanding situations, foster collaboration, and guide the team through change.
• Collaborate with cross-functional departments to ensure smooth material flow and communication.

As Teamlead Sub-Assembly & Lean Excellence, you lead an assembly team, ensure efficient and high-quality production operations, and continuously develop the Sub-Assembly organization together with your team. With your lean mindset and leadership skills, you drive sustainable success in quality, productivity, and on-time delivery.

What you will be doing

• check Lead people: you manage a Sub-Assembly team, set priorities, allocate resources and support employee development
• check Ensure performance: you are responsible for the quality, delivery and cost targets of assembly, commissioning and product shipment activities
• check Drive Lean Excellence: you identify improvement opportunities and implement lean manufacturing methods to optimize processes and efficiency
• check Motivate teams: you provide direction during demanding situations, foster collaboration and guide your team successfully through change
• check Strengthen collaboration: you work closely with cross-functional departments to ensure smooth communication and material flow

What you should bring

• check Technical background: you have completed a technical apprenticeship and ideally hold an HF qualification or an equivalent degree
• check Industrial experience: you have several years of experience in a manufacturing environment and have already gained leadership experience
• check Lean expertise: you are familiar with lean manufacturing, continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization methods
• check Strong personality: you are resilient, proactive and capable of motivating people while maintaining focus under pressure
• check System knowledge: you are proficient in MS Office and SAP, fluent in German, and have good English language skills
