Job summary

Heller Gastro AG in Grindelwald invites a Team Leader for Housekeeping. To lead and support the Housekeeping Team of the entire Heller Gastro AG, we are looking for a motivated, responsible, and versatile Team Leader 100% (m/f/d) for Spring 2027 or by arrangement.

Your area of responsibility and strengths:

• Main responsibility for cleanliness and hygiene in the premises of Heller Gastro AG (Eiger Mountain & Soul Resort, Eiger Lodge, Restaurant Barrys & BaseCamp)
• Collaboration and implementation of the Housekeeping department strategy
• Scheduling, leading, and developing the Housekeeping teams

Requirements

• You bring professional experience in leading Housekeeping
• You speak very good German and English, Portuguese or Spanish is an advantage
• You are reliable and resilient
