The Ingenbohl Monastery, headquarters of an international community of sisters, is a place of encounter and togetherness as well as reflection. The monastery's cleaning team ensures order, cleanliness and hygiene of the monastery's buildings every day with great commitment, so that the 210 nuns, residents, guests and staff feel comfortable in our premises. To strengthen our team, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a responsible, independent and motivated person as:
You are responsible for all cleaning in the buildings of the monastery operation as well as the St. Josef Retirement Centre. You organise all basic, maintenance and daily cleaning tasks, actively support and, together with your 20-member team, ensure cleanliness, hygiene and a homely atmosphere. The breakfast service in some communities is just as much part of your duties as the coordination and cleaning of rooms for guests and the management of seminar rooms. You respond to the wishes and concerns of the various stakeholders in a service-oriented manner and work as a committed team player in cross-departmental projects.
