Job summary

Tilia Stiftung in Bern seeks a Team Leader for Cleaning & House Services. You will lead 12 staff, ensure hygiene, quality, and safety, and plan cleaning and transport operations at our Wittigkofen site.

Qualifications

• Interest in working in a long-term care institution.
• Department management in Facility Management HF, department management in hotel housekeeping EFA, or equivalent.
• Professional and leadership experience in a similar role.
• Good PC user skills (MS Office, PEP deployment planning, soobr cleaning tool).
• Planning and coordination talent.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the cleaning & housekeeping team with 12 employees (incl. 1 apprentice).
• Ensure hygiene, quality, and safety regulations are met.
• Plan and implement cleaning, laundry supply, and internal transport tasks.
• Collaborate with other departments and participate in projects.
• Recruitment, training, and induction of new staff.
• Optimize cleaning processes and contribute to service quality.
• Practical work in addition to leadership duties.
