Job summary

Kloster Ingenbohl invites applications for a Team Leader Cleaning Monastery and St. Josef Retirement Centre. You will lead a 20‑strong cleaning team, organise daily tasks, and ensure a clean, welcoming environment for residents, guests and staff.

You will coordinate room cleaning, support breakfast service, and work with cross‑department teams to improve workflows. A facility management background, strong IT skills and weekend flexibility are required.

Qualifications

Facility Management certificate (FA) or equivalent.
Several years of leadership experience in cleaning.
Knowledge of purchasing, inventory management, budgeting and quality management.
Strong IT skills: MS Office, Polypoint and Navision.
Service orientation with good communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

Oversee cleaning in the monastery and St. Josef Retirement Centre.
Lead a 20-person cleaning team and promote development.
Organise daily cleaning tasks, maintenance and ad-hoc orders using Polypoint.
Coordinate guest room cleaning and breakfast service for community.
Procure and store cleaning agents and equipment; use Navision for tracking.
Develop concepts and optimize cleaning workflows; participate in cross-department projects.
