Your Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the on-site operations team, providing technical guidance and support.

• Familiarity with project workflows, service operations, or technical installations.
• Reliable, committed, and quality-focused.
• Fluent in German with good English skills, both written and spoken.
• Proficient with digital tools (ERP, CRM, Microsoft Office).
• Valid Swiss driving license and willingness to travel locally (Zurich or Basel region).
