Zusammenfassung

SKAN is expanding its ICT leadership with a Senior ICT Infrastructure lead who will drive the transformation toward cloud and secure, scalable operations for our international organization. You will guide the Hybrid ICT Engineering & Operations team and shape our cloud strategy in a complex enterprise environment.

The role requires extensive Azure/Entra ID/Active Directory expertise, strong leadership, and hands‑on capability to coach the team and deliver reliable infrastructure across locations.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of experience in senior technical roles within an enterprise infrastructure environment.
• Extensive experience in engineering and operation of complex hybrid ICT infrastructures and Microsoft Server environment.
• In-depth experience with Microsoft Azure, Entra ID, Active Directory, and Group Policy.
• Experience with hybrid cloud architectures and cloud migrations.
• Knowledge of automation and standardisation of operational processes.
• Experience with backup and recovery solutions (e.g., Veeam).
• Good knowledge of networking, VPN, security, and infrastructure concepts.
• PowerShell and automation experience is a plus.
• Excellent German and English language skills.

• Responsible for the stable, secure, and high‑performance operation of the hybrid ICT infrastructure.
• Plan, manage, and implement infrastructure and cloud projects from conception through to go‑live.
• Further develop the Microsoft‑based system landscape in a hybrid environment (on‑premises & Azure).
• Active involvement in shaping and implementing the cloud strategy.
• Evaluation and migration of existing services to hybrid or cloud‑based architectures.
• Definition and further development of technical standards, operational, and automation concepts.
• Active involvement in shaping, applying, and continuously developing established ITIL processes.
• Integration of international locations into a standardised and scalable infrastructure.
• Supporting the team with complex technical issues and contributing to 2nd/3rd‑level support.
• Coaching and professional development of team members.
• Close collaboration with internal stakeholders, external partners, and suppliers.

Overview

In this key role, you and your team will be responsible for the further development of our hybrid ICT infrastructure and will actively drive the transformation toward the cloud. You combine technical architectural expertise with operational excellence and know how to develop teams both professionally and personally. Together with your team, you ensure stable, secure, and future‑proof ICT operations for our international organization.

Responsibilities

• Technical and operational leadership of the ICT Engineering & Operations team
• Responsibility for the stable, secure, and high‑performance operation of the hybrid ICT infrastructure
• Planning, managing, and implementing infrastructure and cloud projects from conception through to successful go‑live
• Further development of the Microsoft‑based system landscape in a hybrid environment (on‑premises & Azure)
• Active involvement in shaping and implementing the cloud strategy
• Evaluation and migration of existing services to hybrid or cloud‑based architectures
• Responsibility for modern identity and access concepts using Microsoft Entra ID and Active Directory
