Legal Minds AG in Zürich seeks a Team Lead Legal & Procurement to shape legal governance and procurement within a large public sector organisation’s digital transformation. You will lead an interdisciplinary team of lawyers and procurement specialists and advise on complex regulatory matters to drive strategic initiatives.

The role requires a Master’s degree in Law, several years of leadership in a regulated setting, and deep knowledge of public procurement, data protection, and IT contract law.

Formación

• Master’s degree in Law (or lic. iur.) required.
• Several years of leadership experience in public sector or regulated environment.
• Strong knowledge of administrative law, data protection and IT procurement law.
• Fluency in German with strong communication and negotiation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop an interdisciplinary team of lawyers and procurement specialists.
• Advise internal stakeholders on administrative, data protection, information security, public procurement, and IT contract law.
• Develop procurement management and supplier management for hardware, software and services.
• Provide legal support for IT and digitalisation projects and collaborate with senior management and authorities.

• Leading and developing an interdisciplinary team of lawyers and procurement specialists?
• Advising internal stakeholders on administrative law, data protection and information security law, public procurement law and IT contract law?
• Developing procurement management and building up professional supplier management for hardware, software and services?
• Providing legal support for IT and digitalisation projects and working closely with senior management, committees and authorities?

• Several years of proven leadership experience heading specialist teams, ideally in the public sector or a highly regulated environment
• Sound knowledge of public procurement law, contract law, data protection and administrative law
