Job summary

Legal Minds AG in Zürich, Switzerland seeks a bilingual Legal Counsel with ownership mindset to support a Swiss company and its subsidiaries in shaping a sustainable future. You will advise on diverse legal matters, draft and negotiate commercial contracts, and address regulatory and competition questions.

The ideal candidate has Swiss bar admission, 4+ years PQE in business law (in-house a plus), and fluent German and French in legal contexts.

Qualifications

• Swiss bar admission
• 4+ years post-qualification experience in a business law firm (ideally with in-house exposure)
• Strong contract law expertise; energy/infrastructure/regulated industries a plus
• Fluency in German and French in a legal context

Responsibilities

• Advise business teams and projects on a broad range of legal matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts with customers and partners.
• Handle regulatory, public law, and competition law questions.
• Manage disputes and represent the company before authorities and courts
