Pictet in Geneva is seeking a Business Process Manager to transform and optimize our end-to-end tax reporting framework within Tax Operations. You will partner with cross-functional teams to design scalable, client-centric processes in a fast-changing regulatory environment.

The role requires a university degree and at least 3 years in banking operations, with strong skills in process optimization, analytics and project management. Fluency in French and English is essential.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 3 years in banking or securities ops, preferably in operational tax or tax reporting.
• Proven experience in process optimization, business analysis or project management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to lead cross-functional projects.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Solid knowledge of tax reporting; experience with transactional taxes is a plus.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Tech-savvy with data platforms and process automation.

Aufgaben

• Oversee, document and optimize transversal processes related to tax reporting, tax rating and transactional taxes in a banking / securities operations context.
• Map and improve business processes, quantify productivity gains and risk reduction.
• Act as SME on process improvements, collaborate with IT and business stakeholders.
• Understand roles across the value chain to identify end-to-end improvement opportunities.
• Drive incident resolution and root-cause analysis, share knowledge across teams.
• Ensure up-to-date documentation of business rules and processes.
• Assess impact of regulatory tax changes and new product launches; participate in UAT.
• Serve as main contact for process related queries.
