Overview

Talent Acquisition Partner (German/English) role at RM Group (Switzerland) – Baden based, Energy sector.

Responsibilities
  • Managing the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing and candidate selection to interviews, reference checks, and offer negotiations
  • Partnering with HR Business Partners and business leaders to understand talent needs and challenges across different units
  • Developing and nurturing external talent pipelines in collaboration with our active sourcing team to ensure a steady flow of top-tier candidates
  • Coordinating with HR Operations to ensure a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers, from job postings to interview scheduling and offer processing
  • Screen and interview potential candidates, providing a top-notch candidate experience from start to finish
  • Acting as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders, providing insights and recommendations on talent acquisition strategies and supporting continuous improvement initiatives
Your Experience/Knowledge
  • Demonstrated experience in in-house full-cycle recruitment, ideally in an international matrix environment
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems and experience in leveraging various sourcing tools and techniques, such as LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Strong understanding of workforce planning and succession strategies to meet both current and future organizational needs
  • Familiarity with employment law and best hiring practices
  • University degree in Economics, Psychology, HR or a related field
  • Language skills: English and German – fluent verbally and written, French would be advantageous
