• Master's degree in Engineering, preferably in Telecommunications, Electronics, Automation, Microtechnology.
• Experience or strong interest in active antenna systems.
• Strong understanding of RF chains and RF subsystems, power and control electronics, hardware/software integration, and mechanical structures.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement system verification strategies and test plans.
• Execute manual and automated tests; analyze results and identify defects.
• Coordinate testing across RF, electronics, software and mechanical disciplines.
• Provide technical feedback to improve product design and usability.
