Enova Consulting in Lausanne, Switzerland, invites an experienced RF/Antenna Engineer to join an interdisciplinary R&D team focused on satellite communications. You will work on RF design, simulation, testing and industrialization, contributing from demonstrators to mass-produced solutions.

The role requires 5+ years in RF/microwave or antenna engineering, hands-on testing, phased arrays knowledge, and proficiency with CST/ADS/HFSS/MATLAB.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering or a similar field.
• 5+ years hands-on RF, microwave or antenna experience.
• Proven experience in RF & Microwave or antenna development and research.
• Strong understanding of RF and microwave theory.
• Practical experience in RF/antenna design and testing is a strong plus.
• Experience designing RF structures across Ka, Ku, X, C and S bands.
• Knowledge or experience with Phased Array Antennas.
• Experience with EDA and simulation tools such as CST, ADS, HFSS, TICRA and MATLAB.
• Experience working with Altium.

Aufgaben

• Collaborate with RF and Antenna Design Engineers to define, simulate, test and characterize RF subsystems and antennas.
• Contribute to RF and microwave development activities.
• Perform RF testing and characterization activities.
• Analyze test results and identify deviations from expected performance.
• Apply knowledge of RF and microwave theory to practical engineering challenges.
• Contribute to design and testing of RF structures and building blocks.
• Work with RF technologies across Ka, Ku, X, C and S bands.
• Contribute to development of RF structures for phased array systems.
• Investigate technical issues and identify root causes.
• Document activities and communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with external partners and laboratories when required.
