Job summary

ENOVA in Lausanne, Switzerland, is seeking a Junior Systems Test Engineer to contribute to the testing and validation of optical, RF, optomechanical, hardware and software components and subsystems. You will initially support test activities in cleanroom and field environments, gradually leading small to medium-sized test campaigns in a multidisciplinary, international environment focused on space communication technologies.

Fluent English is required; Swiss or EU-27 citizenship is necessary.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Strong interest in Satcom, lasers, optomechanics, or hardware/software.
• Experience with Python and test automation is required.
• Experience in cleanroom testing and optical/RF instrumentation is a plus.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken; Swiss or EU-27 citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Execute predefined test campaigns in cleanroom and/or field environments.
• Test and validate components and subsystems.
• Write detailed test reports and document results.
• Support system integration and validation across optical, RF, optomechanical and electronic domains.
