You will work on complete electronic systems including hardware, software, and components, focusing on early-stage testing to help realize a bike vision with system and connectivity engineers.

The home base of this role is our Cham, Switzerland innovation center, where you will own the quality strategy across the full lifecycle from concept to production launch, field

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years in Quality, System, Validation engineering or related field.
• Experience with electromechanical systems including hardware, software and firmware.
• Experience with NPI and product development processes.
• Embedded systems, CAN, battery systems and motor controls.
• Ability to analyse software logs, telemetry data and test reports.

Aufgaben

• Quality and reliability of new systems, features and tools.
• Define system validation protocols for new systems.
• Drive resolution of issues identified during validation and testing.
• Support the definition of new systems requirements based on lessons learned.
• End to end validation and customer experience protocols.
• Collaborate with System Engineering, Firmware, Software and Service teams.
• Lifecycle management and quality strategy throughout product lifecycle.
• Lead validation activities for firmware releases in the field.
• Monitor field quality performance using high-level metrics.
