UBP - Union Bancaire Privée invites a Systems Engineer to manage our Microsoft/Citrix based systems in a regulated private banking environment. You will design, implement, and support AD, DNS, DHCP, Exchange, PKI, and Citrix technologies while ensuring security, availability, and performance.

You will automate tasks with PowerShell, develop DR plans, and contribute to monitoring and incident response. On-call rotation is required, and collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential.

Qualifikationen

• Experience managing Microsoft Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Exchange and PKI in a regulated environment.
• Proficiency with PowerShell scripting for automation and reporting.
• Experience designing and maintaining disaster recovery plans for AD and Citrix environments.
• Ability to integrate AD with Office 365 / Azure AD and third-party apps.
• Strong focus on security policies, auditing, and compliance.

Aufgaben

• Design, implement, and manage Microsoft-related technologies (AD, DNS, DHCP, Exchange, PKI, DFS, MS Teams).
• Troubleshoot AD replication, DNS, and GPOs; ensure high availability and performance.
• Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for automation and reporting.
• Implement security policies, password/account policies, and auditing.
• Integrate Active Directory with Office 365, Azure AD, and third-party applications.
• Develop and maintain disaster recovery plans for AD and related services.
• Set up and maintain ROOT/Intermediate Certificate Authorities and PKI infrastructure.
• Design, implement, and manage Citrix-related technologies; provide production support.
• Handle incidents, problem management, and on-call rotation (24/7/365).
• Contribute to system monitoring (SCOM/NIMSOFT) and cross-functional improvement projects.
